If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with cross‑functional engineering teams, and shipping robust embedded code, this one’s worth a closer look.What You’ll Do:Design and implement embedded C/C++ firmware for industrial control systemsOwn the full SDLC: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deploymentTroubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systemsCreate and maintain detailed firmware design documentationCollaborate with hardware, mechanical, and systems engineering teamsConduct firmware validation, proof‑of‑concept tests, and support pilot production runsStay current with tools, trends, and best practices in embedded systemsContribute to IP protection efforts by documenting inventions and working with patent teamsWhat You Bring:5+ years of hands‑on experience in embedded firmware developmentProficiency in C/C++, with strong debugging skills using tools like JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopesComfortable working with version control (Git or similar)Strong grasp of modular software architecture and embedded APIsFamiliarity with RTOS and embedded microcontrollersConfident working with legacy code and improving existing systemsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldWhy This Role:This is a chance to work on meaningful, real‑world systems in a company that values accountability, innovation, and execution.
