Chandler is seeking an innovative, flexible, and professional leader to head our Alarm & Communications Division. The successful candidate will drive profitable sales growth, develop strong client relationships, and lead a technical team to deliver projects on time and within scope and process. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic planning abilities, and a commitment to operational excellence.QualificationsPost-secondary education is required.Proven ability to promote strong process creation and adherence.Proven ability to manage the sales cycle and effectively handle difficult situations.Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent interpersonal communication (written & verbal) and creative problem-solving skills.Strong sales process management, negotiation, and analytical skills.Exceptional organizational skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize activities to drive the sales process.Self-starter, organized, able to work autonomously or as part of a team.Handle confidential and sensitive documentation as required.ResponsibilitiesLead internal client meetings, project planning, and site reviews.Motivate and manage staff, ensuring division sales budgets are met or exceeded.Review and implement sales strategies with Account Managers, ensuring accuracy and profitability of proposals.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, processes, and standards.Gain and expand market knowledge, monitor competitors, and identify areas of growth within the marketCollaborate with the project manager and office/sales support administrator to maintain the integrity and details of all files and documents related to business operations. Develop and grow relationships with key vendors and customers.Communicate effectively with internal resources, including technicians and managementEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
