Rail Logistics Coordinator We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Rail Logistics Coordinator. In this position you will be responsible for the coordination of commodity sales commitments to ensure the correct grain is transported to both export and domestic destinations. What You’ll Do Monitor daily shipping activities from grain facilities and processing plants. Monitor daily reports and railcar activities including shipping reports, in transit reports and unfilled order reports. Ensure all loaded rail car traffic is waybilled with the appropriate railway on a timely basis. Ensure proper transactions of US customs documentation. Communicate empty train spotting schedules to Country elevator facilities and update internal reporting with schedule changes. Update rail positions and open orders in commodity logistics positions. Assist in the coordination of timely movement of rail shipments to export terminals in accordance with the respective vessel berthing/loading schedules. Participate in problem solving between Bunge and the Railways for both loaded and empty traffic. What You Bring To Our Team 2–3 years of experience in grain handling and inventory management.
