Overview We are looking for a friendly and motivational individual to join our growing team as an experienced Service Advisor. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership. Responsibilities Estimating the cost and time needed for a wide range of repairs. Welcoming customers and discussing their needs. Answering customer inquiries, either in person or on the phone. Developing repair estimates by taking the cost of materials, supplies, and labor into consideration. Preparing repair orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms. Connecting customers to the right auto technician. Test-driving vehicles to confirm the customer’s vehicle is repaired as needed. Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions. Must-Haves Minimum of 2-year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role (preferred). CDK experience is an asset. Automotive knowledge. Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience. Ability to set and achieve targeted goals. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with many priorities. Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to remain calm when customers and/or situations are not.
