This role helps strengthen the Digital Solutions practice with a focus on cloud, infrastructure and security.As a trusted advisor, you’ll investigate threats, develop policies and enhance infrastructure to minimize the impact of security-related events and protect clients’ business operations and reputation. You will work with a collaborative team of problem-solvers, gain hands-on experience, tackle meaningful challenges, and grow your skills in an environment where your voice is valued.ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support complex security solutions for cloud and infrastructure for clientsLead and contribute to cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, data protection, and endpoint securityDeploy and manage Microsoft security technologies including but not limited to:Microsoft Purview for data governance and complianceMicrosoft Sentinel and MXDR for threat detection and responseMicrosoft Defender stack (Endpoint, Server, Cloud) for comprehensive protectionMicrosoft Entra ID, IAM, internal and external Identity, Active Directory, GPOMicrosoft Intune, Mobile Device Management (MDM), endpoint protection policy, mobile application policy (MAM), endpoint hardening best practicesBuild and optimize security architecture across hybrid environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and implement mitigation strategiesProvide technical guidance and documentation to clients and internal teamsStay current on emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvementAttend internal MNP courses to further develop knowledge around performance improvementAssist in building Security offerings and go to market plansWork collaboratively with peers and other technology teams on responding to RFPs or client business development needsQualificationsPossess a Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline4+ years of experience in cybersecurity consultingHands-on experience with Microsoft Security stack, Azure, Entra ID, Sentinel and Microsoft 365 security toolsStrong understanding of data security (Microsoft Purview), compliance, and governance frameworksExperience with build security and deployment automationFamiliarity with endpoint protection, server hardening, and cloud security best practicesExcellent communication and client-facing skillsRelevant certifications (e.g., DP-900, SC-200, SC-400, CISSP, CCSP) are an assetWillingness to work occasional evenings or weekendsRewards and DiversityRewards At MNP, you will be rewarded with a focus on high-potential earnings, including generous base pay, vacation time, 4 paid personal days, a group pension plan with 4% matching, voluntary savings products, bonus programs, flexible benefits, mental health resources, exclusive access to perks and discounts, professional development assistance, MNP University, a flexible Dress For Your Day environment, firm-sponsored social events and more.Diversity We embrace diversity as a core value and celebrate our differences.
