We’re looking for a CNC Machinist / Powermill Programmer who’s ready to advance their skills and take on complex, high‑precision work. Why You’ll Love Working Here State‑of‑the‑art CNC and automation equipment Exposure to robotic palletizing systems (Erowa, FPT/FCS, etc.) Competitive wage and benefits package RRSP match Steady day shift Opportunities for growth in advanced automation and precision manufacturing What You’ll Do Program and operate 5‑axis CNC machines (Hermle experience is a plus) Create and optimize Powermill programs for precision components Read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T specifications Plan machining sequences, set up tooling, and configure workholding systems (FPT/FCS knowledge preferred) Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards Perform basic machine maintenance and keep your workspace safe and organized What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Powermill Programmer 3–5 years of hands‑on experience programming and operating 3‑axis and 5‑axis CNC machines Familiar with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls Experience with Hermle machines and Erowa pallet systems (asset) Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and teamwork skills Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines Ready to Join Our Team?
