Their goal is to improve the quality and performance of our campaigns.ResponsibilitiesOperate as a point of contact for agency planning teams.In partnership with agency teams, ensure that all client needs and requirements while providing the highest degree of client service.Develop innovative proposals and responses to client requests with internal agency partners.Provide innovative programmatic solutions (e.g. product offerings and proposals) to clients.Oversee Coordinators in solving billing discrepancies/queries, and budget control reports (BCRs).Maintain and develop knowledge of programmatic ecosystemEnsure effective set up of advertisers, line items (tactics) in various Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) including DoubleClick Bid Manager, TURN, The Trade Desk, Adobe, etc.Generate DSP conversion and remarketing pixels.Generate campaign performance, delivery and site level reports from DSPs.Review and flag any potential challenges (e.g. low viewability placements, non-brand safe sites, etc.) or opportunities (e.g. high performing placements with low eCPMs) and create site lists based on reportsTroubleshoot tagging issues for clients (e.g. tracking/conversion pixels, 3rd party verification, creative, etc.).Recommend testing alternative platforms or media partners for specific campaign KPIs.Train new team members (e.g. Coordinator and Associate) on platforms and processes.Proactively present strategic brand solutions to client teams.First point of escalation on campaign or platform issues (pacing/performance).Desired Skills & ExperienceProfessional or Educational background in Marketing or Advertising would give leverage to this application.Experience in programmatic media management with a leading advertising agency, publisher/exchange, or optimization firmProficiency level required for DV360 and Amazon DSP platformsIn-depth knowledge of the digital advertising industry and real-time media market dynamics.Client service oriented.Strong learning agility, with a passion for continuous development.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Highly developed organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.Proactive approach to problem solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).KINESSO is the technology-driven performance marketing agency that sits at the very heart of IPG Mediabrands, providing actionable growth for both our agency partners and clients.
