Our number one priority is making sure our clients feel heard and valued. Although we run a small animal GP practice, there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. We perform spays, neuters, hernia repairs, stenotic nares corrections, lump removal, COHATS, radiographs, in-house labs, and are introducing an ultrasound machine to take ultrasound appointments in the coming months.NVA Canada’s VT Practicum Program offers final-year veterinary technician students the chance to gain real-world experience in a supportive, dynamic environment. Work alongside experienced veterinarians and RVTs to develop your clinical skills in patient care, laboratory procedures, anesthesia, surgical assistance, radiology, and more. Enhance your communication abilities with medical teams and clients, preparing you for a successful career as an RVT. Practicums range from two to eight weeks, fitting your schedule and career goals.
