Sr Portfolio Analyst

We drive large‑scale, complex, and high‑visibility technology projects and programs that shape the future of technology in Canada and expand connectivity from coast to coast.Who You AreThis role supports the department by driving communication strategies, enabling training, and fostering collaboration with partners and internal teams to boost productivity. You will manage the portfolio life cycle, develop and deliver communications that highlight departmental achievements and value, and act as the department’s ambassador across Rogers.What You’ll Be DoingWrite, edit and produce communications for internal and external audiences, including presentations, briefing documents, internal articles, employee communications, messages and emails.Continually improve, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of the employee communication strategy and methods.Develop a communication plan, timelines and defined deliverables that support the communication of internal messages, driving culture, engagement and results.Support internal social media communications to deliver a strong employee value proposition (Microsoft Teams and SharePoint management).Create specific communication action plans, timelines and deliverables for Key Department Projects or Programs.Prepare monthly leadership meetings, quarterly Town Hall meetings and monthly Partner meetings.Maintain project schedules and dashboards supporting the department portfolio (monthly reporting, roadmaps, sub‑portfolio reporting).Support teams and leaders in adopting new, more effective ways to interact, including changes to processes, systems, capabilities and culture.Develop and issue training materials for updated operational processes.Report on training and organizational change management effectiveness.What You BringTechnical skills in SharePoint administration and graphic design using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Photoshop.Experience in IT project delivery.Exceptional writing and storytelling skills (blogs, executive summaries, launch postings).
