OverviewJob Title: Social Media Insights AnalystCompany: ICUCPosition OverviewIn the role of an Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for harnessing the power of social media data to translate complex insights into impactful narratives. You will leverage your expertise in data storytelling to uncover how social media directly influences a business's brand performance. This role requires a highly adaptable, results-oriented analyst who thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment, with a strong foundation in social media data analysis and the ability to learn new tools and methods. You will work closely with the team to deliver actionable social media insights to clients.ResponsibilitiesProactively stay abreast of current and emerging trends, best practices, and relevant information pertaining to digital marketing.Collect, compile, and format large datasets from diverse social media platforms and other sources, ensuring data integrity and adherence to data governance protocols.Develop comprehensive workbooks and other documentation to support data analysis efforts; extract actionable insights that generate tangible client value beyond basic reporting.Craft compelling reports and presentations that effectively communicate insights to clients, upholding ICUC brand quality.Participate in quality control initiatives, data management best practices, and workflow optimization efforts.Support revenue and growth initiatives through ad-hoc requests that bolster the Insights department’s position and contribute to strategic goals.KPIsComplete all assigned reports every month, with 99% on-time delivery.Attend 95% of team meetings during the year, including mandatory connects.Complete required learning courses in the internal hub and identify two relevant non-required learning courses per quarter.Maintain 98% accuracy rate in all reports and implement timely solutions for data integrity.Implement one workflow optimization per quarter.Contribute to a minimum of two non-recurring requests per quarter supporting revenue growth or marketing initiatives.The ideal candidate will haveMinimum 2 years of experience in social media analytics with a track record of using social listening tools to generate insights; QA experience is a plus.Advanced proficiency with tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, and Khoros.Ability to communicate complex social media data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.Strong collaboration skills and a proactive mindset to contribute to a high-performing team.Experience applying industry best practices to ensure data accuracy, analysis effectiveness, and report quality.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with adherence to quality standards.Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.Ability to create clear, visually appealing presentations and reports; graphic design experience is a plus.Solid understanding of computer applications, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Active listening to client needs to ensure alignment and high-quality results.Additional RequirementsAccess to a desktop computer or laptop meeting minimum system requirements for remote work.High-speed internet (minimum 30 Mbps).Adequate headset/mic and webcam for virtual meetings.Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.LocationCanada - International – RemoteBrandICUCTime TypeFull timeContract TypePermanent #J-18808-Ljbffr
