We embrace diversity and are dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.What You'll DoManage the daily operations for your assigned residential portfolioBuild strong relationships with tenants by providing prompt, professional, and solution-focused serviceOversee leasing processes including new leases, renewals, and move-outsEnsure timely rent collection and address delinquencies proactivelyCoordinate routine and emergency maintenance with contractors and internal teamsMonitor budgets, track expenses, and contribute to financial reporting and performanceMaintain property compliance with local laws, company policies, and safety standardsLead community engagement efforts and represent Zen at resident eventsManage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality services are delivered on timeRespond to after-hours emergencies as requiredMaintain regular reporting on property performance, maintenance needs, and occupancyWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2–5+ years of property management experience in residential housing (multi-family preferred)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-first mindsetProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSolid understanding of lease agreements, rent collections, and property complianceProficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi) and Microsoft OfficeA collaborative approach with the ability to lead on-site teams and work cross-functionallyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsValid driver's licence and reliable transportationReady to Find Your Zen?If you're ready to contribute your skills to a purpose-driven team where your work matters and your contributions are valued, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
