One source.Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated, French-speaking Salesperson/Sales Engineer to join our dynamic Sales and Business Development team supporting the Québec region. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in technical sales and application development within the transformer manufacturing industry. The selected individual will work under the guidance and mentorship of a seasoned Outside Sales Engineer, supporting regional sales activities, customer relationship management, and technical proposal development.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport regional sales and business development initiatives across Québec under direct mentorship of the Senior Outside Sales Engineer.Assist in identifying customer needs and translating technical specifications into product solutions.Participate in proposal preparation, quotations, and bid submissions for transformer products and related solutions.Support field visits, client meetings, and on-site technical evaluations (with supervision).Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support territory growth strategies.Collaborate with internal engineering, project management, and customer service teams to ensure successful execution of customer projects.Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and pipeline tracking documentation.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in sales process, communication, and customer engagement.QualificationsRequired:Must be fluent in French (spoken and written) and proficient in English.Should be in Montreal /Quebec CityCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer interaction.Demonstrated interest in technical sales or business development within the industrial or electrical sectors.Preferred:1-3 Years of Sales Experience in Electrical Industry; Transformer will be highly preferablePrior exposure to transformer, power systems, or industrial equipment sales.Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally as needed.Why Join UsMentorship from experienced sales professionals.Exposure to real-world transformer applications in industrial and utility markets.Opportunity to build foundational skills for a technical sales career.Potential for full-time employment upon successful internship completion.Job DetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeIndustries: Manufacturing, Electric Power Generation, and Electrical Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
