To support our strong growth, we are looking for a Senior Technical Publications Specialist.Under the responsibility of the TECHPUB/SLI group manager, your mission will be to work in technical writing on various topics (maintenance, operations, training, procedures) and across a range of sectors (railway, aeronautics, defense, energy).Your Main MissionsCoordinate task distribution among junior engineers and review deliverables as the technical reference point.Produce various types of technical documentation (operation, maintenance, installation manuals, etc.).Build trusted client and partner relationships while promoting LGM’s expertise.Ensure the process of technical writings content.Participate in the improvement of practices and tools.Minimum 10 years of experience in technical writing.Minimum 3 years of experience in railway technical documentation or another complex industrial sector.Experience in team management (technical coordination, project management).Client-oriented: listen, understand, clarify, and recommend suitable solutions and expertise.Personal qualities: active listening, leadership, dynamism, organization, efficiency.What We OfferA company where you can grow professionally.
