Role Description This is a hybrid, Kelowna‑based role for a Family Physician, combining in‑person care at our clinic with flexible remote work options. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include providing comprehensive primary care services, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals within a team‑based care model. The Family Physician will ensure patient‑centered care that supports the health and wellbeing of individuals and the community. Qualifications Expertise in Family Medicine, Primary Care, and Community Health Experience in providing Urgent Care and managing acute and chronic conditions Commitment to patient‑centered care and preventive health practices Strong communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary team Medical license to practice in British Columbia and certification in Family Medicine Experience with virtual care and telemedicine is a valuable asset Signing Incentives: Competitive signing bonuses for new physicians.
