This is a professional collaboration, not a traditional employment role. Participating physicians act as Clinical AI Authors, providing expert clinical reasoning to support the development of transparent, reliable, and auditable medical intelligence. Responsibilities Contribute to the creation and validation of specialty‑specific clinical reasoning models. Provide structured clinical insights based on guidelines, best practices, and evidence‑informed medicine. Review anonymized clinical cases and take part in peer‑review discussions with other specialists. Collaborate with MetaQare’s scientific and technical teams to ensure accuracy, ethics, and quality. What It Means to Be an Author of Clinical AI Your clinical expertise becomes a digital clinical model, designed with your reasoning and continuously refined with scientific evidence. Your clinical judgement will guide diagnostic pathways and decision‑support logic with full traceability. You will receive royalties proportional to validated clinical use of your co‑authored models. Your name will stand among the 100 pioneering physicians shaping the future of clinical intelligence in Canada. Requirements MD with residency completed. Certified specialist in Canada (Royal College/FRCPC, CFPC, or equivalent). Minimum 5 years of independent clinical practice. Demonstrated evidence‑based clinical reasoning. Strong interest in innovation, clinical AI, and digital health. Fluency in English or French; bilingual candidates preferred. Eligible to collaborate as an independent professional in Canada.
