This role also oversees delivery resolutions and provides timely updates on shipment status to support uninterrupted operations. Core Job Responsibilities Respond to transportation‑related general inquiries (internal and external) Review and record carrier compliance to internal policies Record carrier investigations and maintain failure log Obtain shipment PODs Track and trace shipments Facilitate movement of Medline shipments Data collection and recording Prepare and maintain various reports for the Manager Other duties as assigned Qualifications Over 1 year of experience in a related field Total of 2 years of experience equivalent to a Community College education of about two academic years Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude Excellent attendance and punctuality Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.) Experience with SAP preferred Requires ordinary attention and accuracy to avoid errors About Medline Canada Medline Canada stands at the forefront of healthcare, providing expertise and a breadth of solutions for every care setting.
