As acting manager, your duties include meeting company goals, maintaining standards, and motivating your team. Responsibilities – Sales Optimize store performance and profitability Train team members on sales techniques and product features Analyze sales results and devise improvement strategies Schedule staff based on performance and manage payroll cost‑effectively Communicate sales goals and achieve or exceed them Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in product selection Coordinate with the management team to ensure seamless operations Human Resources Mobilize team and foster a positive work environment that reflects the brand culture Live the company vision, mission and culture and inspire the team Recruit, train and develop the next generation of employees Plan and share work schedules, manage absences and lateness Conduct performance evaluations for the store team Schedule staff based on performance and store traffic Marketing & Visual Presentation Master product knowledge and technical features Create attractive store layout using planograms Monitor market trends and competitor activity Build customer loyalty through brand image and relationships Plan incoming orders and set up visual displays efficiently Maintain store appearance and cleanliness Collaborate with mall administration Administration Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales Open and close the store Control store expenses efficientlyApply head office policies and procedures consistently Perform additional duties as required to support the team Permanent, full‑time position.
