You’ll champion the advancement of FCC’s financial crime program by managing and responding to ad‑hoc requests from various business units, sharing expertise and raising financial crime awareness.What You’ll DoConduct enhanced due diligence activities, including gathering, analyzing and summarizing information for investigationsMaintain clear, concise and well‑documented records of findings, recommendations and rationale for risk decisionsAct as a key resource in the Customer Diligence Centre, assisting with development and maintenance of policies, procedures and support materialConduct criteria‑based customer risk decisionsWhat We’re Looking ForAnalytical thinker capable of evaluating complex casesConfident communicator comfortable addressing a variety of stakeholdersStrong attention to detailRelationship builder able to collaborate with other divisionsWhat You’ll NeedA bachelor’s degree in business, commerce or administration and at least five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Extensive knowledge of anti‑money laundering/anti‑terrorist financing (AML/ATF), anti‑fraud and Know Your Client (KYC) proceduresStrong knowledge of FCC’s lending policies, procedures and loan productsCertified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist and/or Certified Fraud Examiner designations are an assetIntermediate proficiency in both official languages (English and French)You belong hereAt FCC, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace – one that reflects the communities where we live, work and play.
