OverviewAs aGlobal Product Manager Reactors, you will be accountable for thelong-term profitable growth and marketingof theHitachi Energy offeringto target market segments. You will lead the development and management of the offering through all phases of its life cycle—ensuring alignment with market needs and the strategic goals of the Global Product Group.ResponsibilitiesDefine Strategy: Set and align product strategy with business goals and market needs.Analyze Markets: Research customers, competitors, and trends to guide decisions.Manage Lifecycle: Oversee product performance, improvements, and phase-outs.Develop Products: Plan new offerings and coordinate cross-functional execution.Launch & Promote: Lead go-to-market plans, pricing, and promotional activities.Collaborate & Forecast: Act as the link between market and internal teams; forecast demand.Drive Profitability: Ensure strong margins through pricing and business planning.Enable Teams: Provide training and tools to support product understanding and success.QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5-years of experience in product management, marketing or business development.
