As a pioneer in robotic laser de-coating technology and an expert in complex and intelligent robotic technologies, Besnovo aims to transform the aircraft maintenance industry with its disruptive smart-hangar technologies to reduce the environmental footprint and improve the efficiency of aircraft maintenance. Besnovo’s mission is bring the aircraft maintenance sector into to the era of industry 4.p>

Besnovo is seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Manager to manage the engineering team and lead the development of Besnovo’s robotic painting and laser de-coating products. strong>
Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team to develop highly intelligent robotic solutions for aircraft maintenance applications
Plan and manage engineering activities for developing robotic painting and laser de-coating systems
Create and maintain project management & engineering documentation and tools
Coach and mentor members of the engineering team in adopting the latest technologies in robotics
Build a strong engineering culture, responsible for delivering creative and scalable solutions
Support the CTO in developing the technology roadmap and implementing the best practices in systems engineering and project management for product development
Support the CTO in managing relationships with external collaborators and key suppliers
Support CTO in staffing and product strategies
Travel may be required for business development, system testing, and product commissioning

Qualifications:
Master’s or higher degree in robotics, mechatronics, computer science, or related fields.
Have demonstrated success in building and leading engineering teams of 10+ people.
Have 3+ year of experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams in developing complex robotic systems
Have 5+ years of working experience in the field of industrial robotics for developing mixed hardware and software solutions.
Experience in managing complex engineering projects in the field of industrial robotics
Consistently positive attitude and a willingness to do whatever it takes to solve complex engineering problems
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Team player who enjoys working in a vibrant and fast paced environment
