Client Service Associate Join to apply for the Client Service Associate role at Manulife Wealth & Asset Management. The Client Service Associate is a key support role for our members of the team of wealth advisers delivering wealth and retirement advice to Manulife clients. In this role you will handle client‑facing responsibilities and provide administrative support for advisors across Manulife Wealth, Group Retirement, Group Benefits, Insurance, Bank and other channels. Your work will help drive efficiencies and optimise sales activities while maintaining an 8:1 advisor‑to‑client ratio. Position Responsibilities Assist advisors with client‑facing requests for administrative/service‑related inquiries such as non‑financial account updates and missing paperwork. Facilitate non‑complex form completion by pre‑populating paperwork as instructed by the advisor and submitting it to the client via tools such as DocuSign. Apply legislative, product and administrative process knowledge when working with the client on non‑license related requests that are not in good order. Client Relationship and Experience Support Validate accuracy and completion of financial transactions processed by the administrative team to ensure a successful experience for the client (e.g., PAC setups, withdrawal requests, inter‑fund transfers). Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to liaise on client issues and areas of improvement. Apply business knowledge to support the advisor on client investigations and research related to key components of the client’s portfolio (e.g., contacting Advisory Services for information, verifying and validating DSC fees). Work collaboratively with various Manulife partners and stakeholders to provide added value support and information to the advisor. Proactively stay abreast of changes in legislation, products, and administrative processes. Required Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in a client‑facing financial role. Bilingual (French & English) – you must communicate in both languages to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec. Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to multi‑task, show initiative, and anticipate needs in a proactive manner. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational gaps. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
