We are a diverse organization with unparalleled capabilities for our clients and their people.ResponsibilitiesManage mid-complexity projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to feesServe as a primary client contact, conducting client interviews, facilitating focus groups, delivering training, and maintaining ongoing client relationshipsDevelop and review PowerPoint presentations, Excel exhibits, and initial data conclusions for client reports while working closely with Principals/Leaders to determine client recommendationsParticipate in the presentation of recommendations to senior leadership teams and board members as requiredDevelop new tools and templates for multiple marketsWrite project proposals and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)Participate in business development activities such as webinars and presentationsSupport junior staff when neededSupport client from all of the Canadian provincesQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources, Actuarial Science or Accounting3-5 years in a compensation role; ideally 2 years in a consulting roleBusiness acumen: robust market awareness of compensation trends in various industries targeting different employee profilesData expertise: aptitude and familiarity with various sources of compensation data, including published surveysAbility to navigate in diverse client environmentCollaboration and communication skills: a team member who is clear, concise, and influential in all mediums of communicationComfort with working in dynamic environmentsAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel and intermediate proficiency in MS Word and PowerPointGreat-to-haveHold or working towards your CPHR/CRHA designation or equivalentPay equity experience, understanding nuances of provincial and federal legislationProject management (leading transformational compensation programs)Change management and creating compensation tools and resourcesBilingual (written and conversational English and French)Additional notesRemote: #remoteLinkedIn: #LI-SD1About TELUSWe’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
