The successful candidates will work with data from multiple healthcare-related domains, refine requirements with stakeholders, design and develop data models, extract and transform data from various systems, and deliver high-quality ETL solutions using Informatica tools. Key Responsibilities Build and optimize infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, and loading using Informatica, SQL, SSIS, APIs, and related technologies. Design relational and multi-dimensional databases using star/snowflake schemas, SCD, fact and cube development, and ETL best practices. Improve internal processes by automating tasks, enhancing data pipelines, and optimizing data delivery workflows. Develop analytics tools that leverage the data pipeline for insights into operational performance and business metrics. Maintain, troubleshoot, debug, monitor, and support backup/recovery operations within the ETL environment. Ensure datasets comply with data governance rules, sharing agreements, and legislative requirements. Mentor and support junior data management staff as needed. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role. Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR a related diploma plus 3 additional years of Data Engineer experience. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica tools (PowerCentre, Integration Services, Workflow Manager, IDMC, TDM). #J-18808-Ljbffr
