Project Coordinator – Technology & ERP Delivery (6 month contract) - Mississauga (Skymark) Our Mission: Ontario Medical Supply is a Leading Distributor of medical equipment, supplies, and services for healthcare organizations and home healthcare clients across Ontario. Royal Drugs is a healthcare company providing specialty pharmacy, infusion therapy, and retail pharmacy services. Purpose: This position works closely with project managers, business analysts, and technical specialists to keep projects organized, on track, and transparent across all stakeholders. This role is ideal for a professional eager to learn, support complex ERP and business system projects, and develop into a future Project Manager or Scrum Master. Location: Ontario Medical Supply, Mississauga (Skymark)Reports to: Director, IT DeliveryNo. of Positions: 1ATR: 4904Type: Full time, Contract (6 months)Salary: Salaried, commensurate with experience Job Responsibilities: Coordinate day-to-day project activities and task follow-ups across multiple technology and business teams. Support ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) projects related to supply chain, pharmacy, finance, and operations, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are well managed. Maintain project artifacts including schedules, RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs, and meeting minutes using Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira. Assist in planning and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives). Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and communication summaries for the leadership team. Coordinate testing cycles, user acceptance (UAT) sessions, and training logistics with business teams. Track vendor deliverables, statements of work, and change requests. Support continuous improvement within the project lifecycle. Qualifications: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience supporting or coordinating projects in a technology, retail, healthcare, or supply chain environment. Exposure to ERP systems (such as SAP, Infor, Pronto Xi, Microsoft Dynamics, or Epicor) and understanding of system integration or data migration. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or MS Project). Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint). Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively across IT, operations, and vendor teams.
