You’ll be out in the field — not behind a desk — meeting with producers, understanding their needs, and helping them achieve better outcomes for their farms and communities.At Delta, you’ll sell solutions that actually work — backed by a company with deep expertise, strong values, and an unmatched reputation for service.What You’ll DoAs an Irrigation Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a key territory across Lethbridge and surrounding communities — helping growers improve irrigation efficiency and water management across Southern Alberta’s heartland.Your responsibilities will include:Developing and executing a strategic plan to expand Delta’s presence in your territory.Conducting farm visits and assessments to recommend customized irrigation and pump systems.Building lasting relationships with farmers, ranchers, ag consultants, and local associations.Preparing quotes, managing deals through CRM, and seeing projects through to completion.Representing Delta Water Products at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings.Staying informed on agriculture trends, funding programs, and irrigation technologies.You don’t need years of irrigation experience — we’ll train you.
