Direct message the job poster from LeverageTek Staffing SolutionsSenior Recruitment Specialist at LeverageTek Staffing SolutionsLeverageTek is actively seeking a Drupal Developer / PHP Developer 4-month contract position with its Ottawa-based customer.Work LocationOttawa – the customer is open to remote candidates but would ideally like the successful candidate to be onsite once a week (Tuesdays) at the clients Ottawa Head QuartersKey TasksDevelop, customize, and maintain websites using Drupal and PHP.Build custom Drupal modules and themes based on business requirements.Integrate third-party APIs, services, and data sources into Drupal applications.Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Drupal websites for performance, security, and scalability.Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to ensure high-quality outputs.Follow coding standards and best practices, including version control (Git) and documentation.Stay up to date with the latest web technologies, Drupal updates, and industry trends.Key QualificationsMinimum 8-10+ years as a Drupal / PHP Developer.Familiarity with Drupal’s architecture, APIs, and best practicesOther QualificationsDocker DDEV -or- VirtualBox and Red Hat flavours of Linux (we use AlmaLinux specifically)Git and GitHub CI/CDAssetsMS Dynamics 365 CRMC# .NetAbout LeverageTek Staffing SolutionsThank you for taking the time to apply Since our company’s inception in March 2003, LeverageTek Staffing Solutions has worked to become a trusted partner with our consultants and customers.
