Purpose of an Outside Sales Representative The Sales Representative will service multiple dealers across Eastern Canada. You must be able to commute and travel daily within Manitoba & Saskatchewan. The position involves building a book of business, managing a set region, and encouraging the adoption and usage of our programs within the current and future dealers in the designated area. Success The goal is to have dealer agreements signed in Dealer Track (DT), application submissions and those applications approved and funded. A Sales Rep’s success will be in the volume and quality of deals submitted by their dealers. Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative Prospecting, you are energetic and motivated to get the right people on the phone to create buy in on Northlake Financial services. Dealer Engagement, you offer an exceptional client experience by providing support and providing the best client experience and connecting on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful. Problem Solving, listen, ask questions and lead with empathy by putting yourself in the dealer’s shoes to efficiently resolve issues. Product Knowledge, deeply understand the products offered by Northlake Financial, and proactively recommend products that will help achieve their financial goals. Requirements of an Outside Sales Representative MUST be located within Manitoba or Saskatchewan 3-5 years of related sales experience Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset Post-Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset Valid Driver’s license and ability to travel within the specified territory on a regular basis Dexterous in using productivity tools and end-user software including MS Office suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
