About the RoleAs a Community Inclusion Worker, you will assist a person who requests support to participate in personal, social, vocational, and volunteer opportunities within the community. The services are determined by the person and based on their specific goals and preferences. You’ll encourage and empower the person to be independent and self-determining and to live the life they envision while maintaining excellent standards of care, health, and safety.
