At 2 Hour Learning, we are redefining educational practice by integrating advanced AI to make learning more intuitive and engaging.What You Will Be DoingDesigning AI‑enhanced interactive simulations that render historical events and geographical concepts tangible and engaging for learners.Interpreting learning analytics to identify trends and optimize adaptive learning pathways tailored to individual student needs.Creating innovative digital content that animates historical narratives and global environments—ranging from time‑based virtual experiences to deep cultural immersion.Working closely with cross‑functional teams of educators and technologists to pioneer new instructional strategies that elevate social studies education.Simplifying sophisticated historical and geographic ideas into accessible, compelling material supported by AI‑powered customization.What You Won’t Be DoingOverseeing conventional curriculum frameworks or spending time on bureaucratic processes—your focus will be on creative innovation and tangible educational outcomes.Working in isolation—you will be part of a collaborative team of dedicated professionals focused on advancing the field.Relying on traditional teaching models—your contributions will fundamentally change how students engage with social studies content.Key ResponsibilitiesLead initiatives that produce measurable gains in students' understanding of social studies, doubling the rate at which they acquire essential historical and geographical knowledge through advanced AI‑enhanced instructional design.RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related field.3+ years of experience teaching or developing social studies curricula, with demonstrable results in improving student outcomes.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Experience with AI applications in education, such as content creation, adaptive learning, or data analysis.Outstanding communication skills to translate complex social studies topics into engaging narratives.About 2 Hour LearningEducation is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They’re tearing down the outdated one‑size‑fits‑all model and replacing it with AI‑driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day.Working with UsThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
