Skills And Experiences Proven experience as a Functional Architect or Lead across multiple Dynamics 365 CE implementations. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service, and integration points with ERP systems. Hands‑on experience with Power Platform and broader Microsoft ecosystem solutions. Strong consultative and communication skills, able to influence both technical and business audiences. Experience managing or mentoring delivery teams across onshore and offshore models. A collaborative, client‑centric mindset — with curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement. About You Consultative, collaborative, relationship builder Resilient, adaptable, flexible Intellectually curious and passionate about tech Client‑centric attitude Passion for learning and development What You'll Do Grow your expertise through continuous learning, networking, and staying current with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends. Guide and mentor clients on CRM best practices and readiness for adoption, including training and role alignment. Establish success measures and validate Dynamics 365 system performance. Lead project teams through planning, design, build, test, and deployment phases, ensuring quality and consistency. Support presales efforts by shaping solutions, estimating effort, and defining delivery approaches. Partner with client stakeholders to define requirements, design end‑to‑end solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes. Architect and design Dynamics 365 CE solutions (with a strong focus on Field Service and ERP connectivity) to help clients modernize and transform their service operations.
