Fixed‑term, full‑time role covering maternity leave. Immediate start available from November 2025 to November 2026, with possibility to extend to April 2027. This is an experienced Key Account Executive role providing support to our sales team. Responsibilities Assist Senior Accounts Manager on assigned functions or as directed. Regularly connect with key accounts via in‑person meetings and telephone. Grow retail presence, pricing and promotions, merchandising, re‑lines, and overall sales and profitability within each account. Review item assortment and profitability, submit cost increases when necessary. Present new items and prepare necessary sell sheets and deal sheets; collaborate with purchasing to ensure adequate inventory for launches. Visit stores for meetings and market research. Perform remote/field sales tasks; visit stores per the call cycle and the Scarborough‑based office when required. Qualifications & Skills Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is a great advantage. Experience with online selling platforms is a great advantage. Track record of accuracy, productivity, and high attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain reliability, punctuality, and commitment to work. Positive attitude and strong teamwork ability.
