Mandatory Qualifications Current registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO) Personal attributes – self‑starter who can work well with frequent interruptions in a fast‑paced medical setting; highly developed organization skills and the ability to multitask Demonstrates effective interpersonal communication skills with technologists and other professionals in the workplace Primary Responsibilities Ensure patient, worker & workplace safety by identifying, reporting and mitigating unsafe acts or conditions – a corporate priority at BCHS Accommodation The Brant Community Healthcare System (BCHS) is an equal opportunity employer, committed to employment equity and diversity in the workplace.
