We are currently seeking Retail Sales Associates (Customer Experience Associates) with a positive mindset, passion for delivering great service, and a respectful and collaborative nature to deliver this experience to each and every customer that walks through our doors. Customer Experience Associate Working closely with the Sales & Retail Operations team, reporting to a Customer Experience Manager (CXM). As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our Retail Showroom. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, maintaining an organized and welcoming store environment, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers find the products they need. Duties/Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. Handle customer inquiries over the phone as well as by email and resolve any issues or complaints. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Maintain company merchandising standards, including current pricing, signage, and planograms. Process out-of-stock procedures to maintain replenishment. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals. Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions. Stay up to date with sales trends for better service and achievement of sales. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Respond to customers’ questions. Filter customers through appropriate sales channels. Feed the B2B sales pipeline internally through lead referrals. Alerts management of potential security issues. Skills/Abilities: 3-5 years of previous retail sales experience with power tools or equivalent preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and co-workers. Ability to work both independently and in a team setting. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment by demonstrating flexibility and adapting to last-minute changes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical ability to extract insights from data and reports to inform decisions. Ability to work self-directed and set priorities in line with overall company objectives. Ideal Team Player.
