What You Will Be Doing Identify and visit target consultants, architects, main contractors and installers to identify projects. Support consultants and installers in designing projects with Panasonic solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners. Follow up projects on Salesforce and maintain the project pipeline regularly. Support installers and consultants with training on products and software for the responsible product category. Provide market feedback to Product Managers to inform strategy, tactics and future product development. Suggest measures to achieve strategic company goals. Build strong relationships with specifiers, design offices and installers to increase project business. Coordinate with internal partners to support project installations from sales to commissioning, minimizing installation risks and ensuring successful customer service. Ensure appropriate documentation of the project pipeline and progress in the relevant systems. What We Are Looking For 3–5 years of relevant experience in the field. Experience in B2B business development is beneficial. Proficient understanding and knowledge of processes, technologies, products or other relevant fields of expertise. Effective use of recognized planning, analytical and conceptual principles and techniques. Understanding the impact of legislation and regulations relevant to the business or function. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
