About The Program The Operations Management Trainee Program is designed to fast‑track your development into a leadership role within our operations team. Over the course of several months, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in all aspects of operations, including: Safety and Compliance: Ensuring a safe work environment while meeting regulatory standards. Production Processes: Learning the ins and outs of our recycling and manufacturing operations, including hands‑on experience in all facets of our operations. People Leadership: Managing and motivating diverse teams to achieve excellence. Continuous Improvement: Driving efficiency and innovation across departments. What You’ll Do Shadow and support Operations Leaders to understand site‑specific workflows and challenges. Take ownership of different projects, including optimizing productivity and reducing waste. Develop key leadership skills by managing people and teams in real‑time. Build cross‑functional knowledge by collaborating with departments like Fleet & Logistics, Maintenance, Sales, and Business Process Improvement. What You’ll Bring A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field. A passion for leadership and the ambition to grow into a management role. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
