We combine expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support organizations worldwide in designing, managing, administering, and communicating all types of retirement plans.Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.The RoleAs a Pension Outsourcing Lead Associate, you will perform a wide variety of recurring defined benefit plan administration services for clients, contribute to special projects, and provide ad hoc client support services. You will serve as the day-to-day project manager, contributing to client management and special projects, while also mentoring less experienced associates.You will have the opportunity to:Serve as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of servicesReview work and deliverables of AnalystsRaise issues as appropriate to Consultants/Senior ConsultantsEnhance your expertise in retirement plan design and administrationBe on a career path with growth and advancementEmploy the most cutting-edge tools and resources and work with top talent in the industryReview moderately complex benefits calculations and trust instructionsCollect, manipulate, reconcile, and review participant data – identifying and resolving issues as they ariseResolve complex plan provision questions and issues surfaced by clients and colleaguesCreate internal administration manuals for clients if one does not existFollow and update documentation materials as directedEmploy Towers Watson’s Professional Excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output/service deliveryAdhere to plan documents and government regulations in administering plansManage and coach team to ensure progress against established budgets, timelines and quality standardsDeliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectationsIncrease efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processesDevelop and train less experienced AnalystsThis role is hybrid with regular attendance to the office (expected 3 days per week)QualificationsThe Requirements6 to 9years defined benefits plan administration and manual calculation experience requiredBachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance or any other major with significant quantitative course work; with a strong academic recordStrong knowledge of the fundamentals of defined benefit plan designStrong analytical and problem solving skillsSolid expertise in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong attention to detailProfessional, client-focused approach to colleagues and assignmentsSeeks out experiences that may change perspective or provide an opportunity to learn new thingsAbility to organize, set priorities, work independently and complete multiple projects within established deadlinesStrong oral and written communication skills in EnglishEqual opportunity employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
