Instructor Therapist

Position: Instructor Therapist (ABA/IBI) Schedule: Flexible (4–40 hours per week) Service Settings: In‑Home / Community / In‑Centre About Guided Spectrum Guided Spectrum is a multidisciplinary therapy and learning centre dedicated to supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Our mission is to empower children and families through evidence‑based practices including ABA/IBI Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and more. We are currently seeking a skilled, passionate, and dependable Instructor Therapist (ABA/IBI) to provide individualized ABA/IBI therapy across in‑home, community, and in‑centre environments under the supervision of a Senior Therapist and BCBA. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality ABA/IBI therapy in home, community, and centre settings. Implement individualized behaviour‑reduction and skill‑acquisition programs as outlined by the supervising BCBA or Senior Therapist. Collect accurate session data and maintain consistent documentation and communication with the clinical team. Collaborate with families and caregivers to support generalization of skills across environments. Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and professional development opportunities. Uphold Guided Spectrum’s values of compassion, integrity, and family‑centred care. Qualifications College Diploma or University Degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioural Science, or a related field. ABA/IBI or Autism‑related Certificate/Diploma is an asset. Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) certification is an asset (not required). Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Reliable transportation and a valid Ontario Driver’s License. Experience working with children and families in home, community, or clinical settings — preferably 1+ years.
