Field Sales Representative (Part-Time/Full-Time) - Mount Pearl, NL Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated sales-oriented individuals who can create excitement and connections with consumers in store. As a Field Sales Representative, you will educate clients and promote President’s Choice Financial Products on behalf of a trusted Canadian brand. Responsibilities Educate customers on the features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion. Understand customers’ needs to make appropriate recommendations. Offer exceptional advice and product knowledge. Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness by acting as a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand/product. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a great experience. Find creative approaches to engage customers and share product benefits. Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel. Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling customer information. Benefits Flexible work environment and schedule. High level of integrity and accountability when handling confidential customer information. Comfortable completing a criminal/credit background check. Interest in learning and development through coaching and training. Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is an asset.
