OverviewFull Stack Developer (Healthcare & AI Applications)Location : Surrey, BC • Job type : Full-Time • Salary range : CA$100,000 - CA$135,000 per year (neg depending on experience) • Experience level : 2-6 yearsAbout the roleWe're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join a growing team building AI-powered healthcare platforms. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about creating meaningful technology that improves patient outcomes and enjoys working across both front-end and back-end systems.You'll play a key part in designing and implementing secure, scalable web applications that connect real-time medical data with intelligent analytics — all while collaborating closely with data scientists, clinicians, and engineers.Key responsibilitiesBuild and maintain full stack web applications using React.js , TypeScript , Node.js , and either Python (Flask / Django) or Java (Spring Boot).Develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.Integrate with healthcare systems using FHIR , SMART on FHIR , and HL7 v2 standards.Collaborate with UI / UX designers, AI engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless user experiences.Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines and participate in performance tuning and security reviews.Write clean, testable code and contribute to continuous improvement through code reviews and automation.Required qualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or related field.2-6 years of hands-on experience in full stack development.Strong proficiency in React.js , TypeScript , Node.js , and Python or Java.Experience working with FHIR , SMART on FHIR , HL7 , or similar healthcare data standards.Understanding of authentication frameworks (OAuth2, OpenID Connect) and secure PHI handling.Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI / CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).Preferred qualificationsExperience with test-driven development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards in healthcare software.Exposure to real-time data , WebSockets , or edge AI integrations.Previous experience in healthtech or digital healthcare applications.What's in It for youBe part of a mission-driven team creating technology that saves lives through data and AI.Work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment that values creativity and ownership.Competitive salary, flexible work options, and strong career growth potential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
