Reporting to the Laboratory Director, the PPL advises on budgets, workload, quality, labour relations and personnel. This position is responsible for interpreting and implementing all organizational regulations, policies and procedures as they apply to Laboratory Services. Ensures consistency with IH standards for the advancement of the organization’s goals and objectives to deliver quality healthcare in an effective and efficient manner. Professional Leader Component Under the direction of the Laboratory Director, this position is responsible for the timely implementation of appropriate and consistent standards within sites under their jurisdiction. Liaises with site administration on the provision of services within the site(s). Ensures clinical guidance is provided to laboratory personnel.
