If you are looking for an employer with diverse civil engineering projects in the province of Québec and want to join an inclusive and diverse team you can count on… then we are the employer for you Your Role As part of the team, you will: Carry out and supervise infrastructure design; Perform structural modeling; Conduct calculations and checks necessary for sound design; Prepare plans and specifications for design projects; Estimate quantities for design projects, prepare price schedules, and estimate project costs; Review drawings and plans to ensure accuracy against specifications; Participate in support stages during the bidding period and in office-based supervision of civil engineering work; Act as a project manager on certain projects; Act as a specialist designer on certain projects; Comply with rules and procedures that ensure employee health and safety and environmental protection, as well as incident prevention. In addition, in a continuous improvement mindset, be proactive in improving health, safety, and environmental procedures to prevent potential hazards related to your work. About You Hold a degree in civil engineering or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ); Good knowledge of specialized software; Ability to manage civil engineering projects; Proficiency in French (spoken and written).
