Lease Retention Manager – Maple Hyundai – 25409 Join the Zanchin Automotive Group as a Lease Retention Manager at Maple Hyundai. About the Role As an integral part of our “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible for providing recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of vehicle purchases and sale of protective options, based on standards of gross profit, volume, and satisfaction of customers. Key responsibilities include: Actively communicate with customers to identify needs and discuss vehicle options. Qualify buyers by understanding their vehicle purchasing, financing, and insurance requirements. Present and describe vehicle after‑sales products such as extended warranty, chemicals, insurance, and accessories, explaining benefits. Answer general and detailed questions about vehicles and financial aspects of purchasing. Interact with customers to guide them through the vehicle purchase. Work with financial institutions and lenders to process funding applications. Interview customers and understand their needs for lease retention. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business, Automotive, or related field. 2–3 years of experience as an F&I/Financial Service Manager. Good standing OMVIC license. Proficiency with ERP/DMS/CRM systems (e.g., CDK, DealerTrack, One Eighty) and Microsoft Office. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic. Independent worker with minimal supervision. Self‑motivated, driven, with passion for excellence. Desire to work in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment. Proven commitment to quality of work.
