Our strength comes from our different backgrounds and perspectives.Main RoleWe are seeking an experienced Network and Security Specialist to lead and support our cybersecurity, infrastructure, and security compliance efforts. You will work closely with project managers, solution engineers, backend support teams and suppliers to ensure the highest standards of network reliability, security compliance, and operational excellence across all Geek+ solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cybersecurity governance, technical consulting, system modernization, and vulnerability management.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Project Support & Network/Security Solution PlanningLead cybersecurity compliance assessments for major clientsSupport sales teams in preparing technical solutions and security requirement analysis for clients, coordinate technical security reviews and system integration when necessaryDeliver network solution requirements and analysis for client projectsPerform project server initialization when necessaryInfrastructure & System ModernizationPlan and execute server infrastructure upgrades and OS migrationsManage and coordinate database upgrades and compatibility testingConduct multi-site system compatibility assessments and technical migration planningMaintain and manage cybersecurity documentation and recordsParticipate in implementing enterprise-level security frameworksVulnerability Management & Patch UpdatesPerform security vulnerability scans and risk assessments; follow up on remediation and patchingManage and optimize system performance and network infrastructure operationsCross-team & Partner CollaborationCoordinate with IT infrastructure team, and third-party partners to ensure security measures are implementedSupport AWS disaster recovery plans and other cross-departmental security projectsProvide emergency support on technical troubleshooting when necessaryRequirementsProven experience in network and cybersecurity roles, preferably within warehouse automation or enterprise environmentsStrong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.Proficiency in vulnerability assessment tools, network administration, and system modernization processesExcellent communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills in both English and MandarinExperience with database and server infrastructure upgradesUp to 10-20% of travelPreferredBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related fieldExperience with autonomous mobile robot industry is a plusExperience with manufacturing security systems and enterprise security frameworksGeekPlus is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer – Minority / Female / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation #J-18808-Ljbffr
