About the Role We are seeking an experienced procurement or supply chain professional with a natural affinity for data to become the analytical engine of our global operations. This role is for a practitioner at heart—someone who can leverage their hands‑on experience to transform complex data into powerful, actionable insights. You will develop reports and dashboards to monitor key KPIs and provide analysis that directly supports our procurement and planning teams in improving performance and reducing costs. A critical part of your role will be ensuring the integrity of our data in our ERP system (Rootstock), as your work will power every strategic decision we make. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and run reports and dashboards in Rootstock and other platforms to monitor key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, on‑time delivery, and purchase price variance. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, pinpoint root causes of issues, and recommend actionable improvements to optimize processes and reduce costs. Support the procurement and planning teams with ad‑hoc data requests and analysis to facilitate strategic decision‑making. Act as the guardian of supply chain data integrity, ensuring consistency and reliability across item masters, BOMs, and supplier records. Help establish and document business rules and standard operating procedures for master data creation and maintenance. Serve as a key contributor in the approval process for changes to critical supply chain master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Collaborate with IT and project leads as a supply chain subject matter expert on data‑related projects and system enhancements. Provide hands‑on support to the procurement team as needed, stepping in to assist with purchase order management, supplier data validation, or other tasks to fill operational gaps. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance system workflows and data management processes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of supply chain activities from procurement to delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. Between 3 to 5+ years of experience in a supply chain, procurement, or data management role, preferably in electronics, hardware, or consumer products. Proven hands‑on experience in procurement or inventory management, with a deep understanding of the business context behind the data. Strong analytical skills with an exceptional degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Rootstock, Salesforce, or Propel experience is a strong asset). Demonstrated ability to manage, cleanse, and validate large datasets. Experience in defining business rules, creating process documentation, or acting in a data governance capacity is highly desirable. Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams. Fluent in English; French is required. Language & Inclusivity The candidate must possess fluent proficiency in English. Inclusivity is at the heart of our culture. We welcome and value candidates from all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Please note that our job posting uses simplified grammar to facilitate comprehension between languages, and is not meant to discriminate nor foster biases between gender identities. Join us in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected and empowered. Thanks for showing interest in PixMob and this position. Please note that only selected candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
