Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) Reports Reviewer Remote, ON About This Opportunity We are an Independent Medical Evaluation Company looking for a candidate that is a quick learner and highly organized, with excellent computer skills, to work as an Independent Medical Evaluation Reports Reviewer (Quality Assurance Analyst) to complete review of independent medical assessment reports. This is a fully remote, work from home position. This is a position in the field of Independent Medical Evaluations, which is Healthcare related. What You’ll Do Each Day Review Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) reports for clarity, objectivity, spelling and grammar, and formatting Ensure all questions are answered appropriately and clearly, utilizing the correct test of disability, applicable legislation, and within assessor’s area/scope Review and highlight requirement for clarification and/or inconsistencies in multiple reports that the assessors will review prior to finalizing their reports Working collaboratively with assessors to facilitate consensus opinions on multidisciplinary cases Customer Service – take inbound calls, assist customers with questions regarding IME reports, provide solutions and initiate appropriate steps / direct to appropriate departments to respond to customers’ needs Make verbal recommendations that were made in IME reports to expedite any further investigations/assessments Ensure all timelines are met and assist in the facilitation of adherence to such timelines Follow up on any problems hindering the IME reporting process Assist with processing and facilitating addendums What You Need To Be Successful Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role in an Independent Medical Evaluation (IME) company or similar type experience is mandatory RHP licensed by the Health Professional’s respective college (appropriate jurisdiction) preferred but not mandatory Related post secondary education/demonstrated extensive writing/editing of written material High attention to detail Proven ability in adaptability, problem solving and decision making skills Demonstrates ability to work in fast paced environment, with multiple ongoing tasks and strict timelines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven critical and analytical thinking skills Efficiency in computer skills in (MS products Proficient MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Internet navigation) Experience with the IME/auto insurance sector/SABS and medical terminology is an asset What CBI Health Offers You Continuous learning and skills development, including management opportunities Training and mentoring from a national network of experts Competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits and rewards package, including group health, dental and vision benefits, paid 100% by the employer Flexible working hours and virtual care options About Us For millions of Canadians, CBI Health is where better begins.
