We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead our recruiting capability from the ground up.As our first dedicated recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating how we attract, assess, and hire great people — from Embryologists and Nurses to Finance, People, and Operations professionals.You’ll partner closely with clinic leaders, functional heads, and the People team to fill critical roles while creating the processes, tools, and insights that form the foundation of a scalable, network-wide recruitment strategy.This is a role for a builder and connector — someone who can balance day-to-day recruiting execution with strategic design, and who’s passionate about creating a consistent candidate experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment ExecutionManage full-cycle recruiting for both clinic and corporate roles — from intake to offer.Source, attract, and engage top talent through direct outreach, referrals, job boards, and professional networks.Partner with hiring leaders to define role profiles, interview strategies, and selection criteria.Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects TFP’s mission and culture of compassion and professionalism.Build the Talent Acquisition FunctionDesign and implement a standardized, scalable recruiting process across all clinics and head office.Introduce and manage recruiting tools (ATS, sourcing platforms, and metrics dashboards).Establish recruiting metrics to track hiring velocity, cost, and quality of hire.Create and maintain talent pipelines for key clinical and operational roles.Partner with HR and Marketing to strengthen TFP’s employer brand and talent storytelling.Train and coach clinic managers and leaders on best-practice interviewing, selection, and candidate experience.About You5–8 years of recruiting experience, ideally spanning both corporate and healthcare environments.Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting independently, from sourcing to offer.Experience building or optimizing recruiting processes, systems, or teams.Skilled at sourcing passive candidates and engaging them authentically.Ability to navigate a network structure and partner effectively with multiple stakeholders.Confident communicator who builds trust quickly with leaders and candidates.Passionate about creating structure, improving speed, and elevating quality in how we hire.Measures of SuccessFaster time-to-fill and improved quality-of-hire across TFP’s clinics and corporate functions.Consistent, transparent recruiting process and interview standards network-wide.Improved hiring manager satisfaction and reduced reliance on external agencies.Visibility into recruiting metrics and progress through data dashboards.Strengthened candidate experience and TFP employer brand presence in the healthcare talent market.Why Join TFPYou’ll have the opportunity to shape how talent joins Canada’s leading fertility network — building the systems, relationships, and experiences that connect exceptional people to meaningful work.
