Middle Fullstack Engineer ( ) Job Type : Permanent Full Time Location : Toronto - Remote Reporting to : Job purpose : Were looking for a Full-stack Engineer to take on a brand-new role that will help transform how Goway Travel powers its operations and booking platforms. Youll be part of a distributed cross-functional team working alongside analysts designers and operational leaders to build scalable high-performance solutions that keep our systems running smoothly and our travelers moving seamlessly around the world. What will be your key responsibilities Contribute to fullstack development using NestJS and Develop APIs and services deployed in a serverless and container-based AWS environment (Cognito Lambda Fargate etc.) Build and maintain frontend features and internal tools supporting travel operations Participate in sprint planning code reviews and release processes Work closely with QA and business analysts to ensure feature accuracy and maintainability What are we looking for 35 years of experience in fullstack JavaScript / TypeScript development Solid understanding of and frontend architecture principles Strong experience with and NestJS working with RESTful APIs and DTO patterns Experience with PostgreSQL and OpenSearch Familiarity with Git GitHub and Agile delivery frameworks Exposure to design collaboration tools such as Figma Strong ownership and communication skills What can you expect from Goway We offer a competitive salary accompanied by performance incentives and we place real importance on time away from work such as paid personal days for when life calls for them and your birthday off each year.
