The Impact You’ll Make in this Role How You Will Make An Impact Maintain and build territory sales, driving growth and developing new business opportunities within the designated geography Accountable for fiscal growth targets and budgets Educate healthcare staff on products, standards, and guidelines, positioning Solventum as a solutions provider Work and collaborate with Solventum internal sales and marketing team Manage long selling cycles consisting of multiple touch points Your Skills And Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: either a completed post‑secondary education in business, health sciences, and/or marketing with two (2) years of healthcare/medical sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment, or a high‑school diploma or higher with five (5) years of healthcare/medical sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment. In addition, you must be able to successfully pass a Pre‑Hire Motor vehicle screening assessment. Experience with surgical and sterilization products (reduction of surgical site complications, infection prevention solutions and MDRD experience) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer focus and consultative skills, with a proven ability to develop solutions that address customer needs Strong business acumen with clear understanding of healthcare sales & marketing processes Knowledge of CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce) Work location: Remote Travel: May include up to 10% domestic Relocation Assistance: May be authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
