Bilingual Case File Coordinator - Nov 17th Our client is searching for a bilingual (French and English) individual with experience in banking or financial services or investment operations. Cause This is an opportunity to use your financial industry knowledge in a capacity that NO LONGER contributes to the profit of the big banks, investment firms, or insurance companies. You are supporting the 'little guy' in their fight for justice against bureaucracy. Duties You will manage a caseload of files pertaining to various disputes. This role involves gathering relevant information, educating claimants, and facilitating communication between stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of an investigation. Cases may include fraud, identity theft, credit card disputes, service issues and Non‑Sufficient Funds (NSF), among others, from initiation to resolution. This challenging position requires managing conflicting priorities, where meticulous attention to detail is crucial. Required Experience / Competencies / Education 2+ years experience in banking, finance, investments, insurance, claims, fraud Strong empathy, and critical thinking skills Bachelor's degree or College diploma, preferably in commerce, finance, economics, or equivalent work experience Professional writing ability Being local to Toronto (or willing to relocate near Toronto) would be beneficial for your commute this is not a call center role What's in it for you? base salary 57-63k (based on experience) bonus opportunity of up to 10%.
