Banking Advisor – National Bank of Canada Join the National Bank of Canada as a Banking Advisor in the ABS team. You will act as a one‑stop shop for clients’ personal banking needs, building lasting relationships with internal and external partners. Responsibilities Maintain ongoing communication with clients, investment advisors and external partners. Achieve sales targets by providing sound banking advice. Carry out daily follow‑up activities. Ensure compliance and risk management rules are followed. Advise and offer appropriate solutions to meet clients’ banking, financing and onboarding needs. Ensure client satisfaction and engagement. Identify opportunities and refer clients to specialist colleagues. About the Team In a team of eight Banking Advisors and three experts, you will report to the Manager and collaborate with specialists in credit, mortgage financing, customer service and more. The team values excellent customer service, relationship building, discipline, collaboration and a friendly atmosphere. Qualifications College diploma (DEC) or equivalent. Proficiency in French and English (speaking and writing). Positive attitude and empathy for clients. Team player. Customer service experience (preferred).
